Hey! We're driving to California today! We decided to go visit Rachel & watch her choir concert tomorrow night, since we've never been to one. We planned to some time last year, but it didn't work out & we felt bad. & this is the next best thing to Carnegie Hall!
Chris is staying with the kittydoggy to make sure they don't get bored. Oh, and so they get fed, too, I guess. Don't chase Mozart, chris!
I've got the day off work, tho Fridays are kind of my funnest day, except for the working-late thing. This should be an interesting month at work. Seventy-five percent of my Community Desk is moving to the Mesa office, leaving like 4 or 5 of as our own cute lil' mini-desk. I think. Plans keep changing, so we'll see what happens. Hopefully I don't have to go to Mesa, cuz I'm really enjoying the no-commute life! :-) Also this month, we're rolling out a couple new sections, and one of my old State Press friends will be joining the news copy desk, which should be fun. Hopefully some other bigger exiting things happen, too...
